• Free initial discovery

  A first conversation about the work, documents, systems and exceptions you want to improve. This is exploratory and does not produce a binding diagnosis or quote.

• Paid diagnosis and scoping

  Syntext maps representative inputs, rules, integrations, controls, exception paths and agreed evaluation criteria before setting a solution scope.

• Implementation, validation and deployment

  The agreed work covers configuration, integration, controlled validation and deployment planning. The effort depends on the selected products, workflow and customer environment.

• Volume-based licensing

  Licensing is based on agreed document volume rather than user count. There are no per-seat fees. Your proposal sets out the volume tier and extraction costs for the work you plan to run.

• Paid ongoing SLA

  After deployment, a paid monthly service-level agreement covers the support and operating responsibilities agreed for that implementation.

• What drives the price

  Document volume, extraction requirements, validation rules, integration complexity, security needs and support scope all matter. Syntext Scribe extraction costs are agreed upfront. Syntext Flow is priced around the real process scope, system handoffs and exception paths—not reduced to document volume alone.
